He probably thinks it's going to do the same thing that Eternal Sonata did....which was essentially nothing. If advertised, it could actually do decent (since Eternal Sonata got absolutely NOTHING when it went to the PS3). I have a feeling this year Ninja Gaiden II and Tales of Vesperia are going to end up like Bioshock and Eternal Sonata...only I think the sales of both might be a little better.

 

 Ninja Gaiden II will do great, i expect at least 1 million. If Tales comes to US, im sure it wouldnt sell more than 100k. In Japan i would expect 60k for Tales PS3.

 

This is the tales series. When Tales of Symphonia got ported to the PS2 it sold 400k which was more then it sold on the Gamecube in Japan. Plus a movie for Tales of Vesperia will come out in theaters in Japan before the PS3 version releases so it will sell alot more then just 60k.
