Anyways, I was watching a documentary about salt levels in what people assume to be healthy foods (it was thrilling, I can assure you). They said that after receiving complaints about salt levels in their foods, Subway made some changes. Once the new nutritional facts had been posted, it was noted that many sandwiches were actually smaller - but contained more salt than before!
