Churches don't exist to take people's money.

Ever since the US government stopped funding churches and began giving taxpayers deductions for donations to charities including churches, you'd be surprised. Some churches are very tenacious in persuing "donations."

well its called donations..... cause they are donations.......?

No, he's right, some religions... just like every other group... are greedy. I can vouch for this first hand in what some might say a very odd situation.

I was walking down New street in Birmingham once, when this Buddhist approached me. He shoved incense sticks in my hand and told me they weree a gift, the he asked for a donation. |i had no money so I told him I wont give him one. He asked for his sticks back and I said they were a gift so I should keep them. Anyway, he would not let me go until I showed him my empty wallet. The next day I had to phone the council to tell them he was doing this, they agreed he had no right to be there asking for donations. It was surreal.

So... Buddism is a greedy religion because one person wanted a donation?

The only "greedy" religions i've seen are called cults.

I'm pretty sure you can't even be classfied a religion in most places if you demand payment for religion.
