 I first heard of inFamous at E3 2007,  I didnt hear anything about Prototype until E3 08. 

Infamous was announced on July 11th 2007. Prototype was announced July 30th 2007. Infamous has two weeks on it but something's telling me it's more coincidental than anyone copying eachother.

Let me rephrase. I don't think either were copying the other. I think it is merely a coincidence.
