My complete point is this: Are people more interested in what the PS3 can do for developers, or with what developers can do for them? I think the two can get mixed up at times. In a way, what can be done on the PS3 or any fixed architecture doesn't matter, its like comparing two kids who both got 100% on every test and yet one studied 24/7 whilst the other never opened a book. You can praise the efforts of the former, but the net result is the same.
