They is not much information to go on so I can't really conment.  It only states that Awesome Games bought copies of fallout 3 from a unknown seller and that Bethesda believed the goods to have been stolen,  Were they stolen?

It doesn't say how many copies, how they were stolen or how the seller got hold of the said copies.  We don't know the full story and I believe they is more to this than the article states.....

If one buys from a company, how does one know that company is selling stolen goods and can Awesome game be held responsable if its all above board.
