To expand on my last post, what if the man saying it is Black, and he just interpreted the bible to say none of his family is going to heaven, and he says it out of deep concern and regret to his loved ones.
That still hate speech to you?
The line you modified is someone explaining what they think the bible says, not how they feel about it.
it's not hate speech.
