If I am not mistaken they said at last years GDC that they have about 400 people working on the game. EDGE says there are about 200 people working on just cutscenes.

I'm not sure but that is probably the most disheartening thing I have ever heard.

I heard that GTA IV had around 1000 people working on it I could be wrong.
