Well, I think any game that's oriented around the hand will be much better on the Wii. Hand oriented sports are a natural fit for the wiimote, tho I think basketball might be a little challenging. Driving and Flying games are also hand oriented, so the strength is obvious. I'm also eager to see a Naruto game on the Wii, because I can imagine how fun it would be to use the Wiimote to perform a jutsu!
Mouse control games should migrate well because pointers are a more natural fit than thumbstick. So, more PC games can be ported than ever before.
One thing I think that would not work well is foot oriented games. I can't imagine how soccer or DDR would translate to Wiimote (tho I can imagine a para-para game 
)
