1 and 2 don't bother me as long as they are reasonable, and not much below 30 FPS.
Patches piss me the hell off though. They throw out some piece of shit they know isn't finished and, "oh its okay we'll patch it later", yeah well by the time you get your fat ass around to patching it people have stopped playing your game. Sorry, looks like you missed out.
