Capcom's VP Sven's been pleading with Sony for a while now:
"We've definitely noticed. We've been pleading with Sony to bring it Westward but at this point there's unfortunately no news to report on that front. Sony is the only one who can make that happen. Perhaps you guys can go plead on the PlayStation boards?"
