Define hate speech. If a church say's they think being black is wrong, and if you are black you are going to hell, is not hate speech.

if they say go out and beat the hell out of the next one you see, then that's hate speech.

I think is a religious leader said that in the US, they would get charged with a hate crime. Just saying they are against it though is not hate speech.
