That's actually brilliant advice. All of it. I'll run it by my friends, but I might just roll with it. It clears everything up for her, makes her feel secure, that there are no strings attachedand most of all, no risks. I love it! Thank you. :)

I read the first few posts and then wrote my "just ask her" advice, not realising you already had sushi.

But yeah the rest of the post still stands.  If you are upfront and honest, but say you will keep paying to come and see her, you remove her incentive to lie, and make it easier for both of you.
