No they won't. the US is too big and too powerful. We spend more of our GDP on military stuff then the next 10 countries combined (sorry no source, just common knowledge).
Plus China is communist. The same thing will happen to them as the Soviet Union. Yeah I know their leader isn't Stalin, but communism doesn't work.
