its not that big of a deal really, NORAD never bothered to give it a tracking ID. the problem is with the UK and USA's obligations to Japan and other country's and islands in the area from WW2. most of these country's wanted to renew contracts with the US and UK to provide protection, contracts that was drawn up right after WW2. it was there choice not the US or UK to still be bound to 64 year old contract.
Japan and S Korea feels threatened by these rockets, so the US and UK have to act if ether of these country's feels there safety is in danger.
Russia,UK,China and the US all came together and decided that country's who do not show the ability to responsibly use weapons of mass destruction wont be allowed develop such weapons. both Iran and N Korea's leaders has said publicly on radio,TV, public speakings that certain people, country's, people of certain religions don't have the right to live on the planet Earth. in saying so they show the lack of understanding and responsibility to control weapons of mass destruction in till they decide join the rest or the world in believing all men are created equal.
