360 D-Pad, just why did they design it like that?

They don't all have rubbish d-pads, the Xbox does, the PS3 does not. When I played Assassin's Creed, on PS3 I would always change to the weapon I wanted, on the 360 I managed to change 50% of the time, that may just be me being retarded, but it is annoying. I also used it to nagivate menus on LO, because I was used to doing that on my PlayStations, but I just gave up as it was useless. D-pads are pretty rubbish, but M$ should have come up with something better

As for the PES controller, I think it was only a limited release

 

 

did it ever actually get released though? There was lots of talk about if before release and then...nothing.
