How will victory for 360 affect Japan's Entertainment Industry as a Whole?

I don't really understand what point you're trying to make ... There really is no "Victory" of the XBox 360 over anything (except the XBox) when you're talking about Japan. The Japaneese market could best be ranked as

1. DS
2. Wii
3. PSP
4. PS3
5. PS2
6. XBox 360

Due to hardware and software sales, and the only reason the XBox 360 will move up in the near future is the decline of the PS2.
