Nope.
XP gets security support until Spring 2014.
So it's quite a safe bet that as Vista sucked so bad and Win7 addresses its major faults, it will outsell its predecessor, but it will be Win8 to send XP into retirement.
BTW Win2000 gets security updates until July 2010, its retirement will benefit Win7 with 30-40million users, very good, perfect to help it outsell Vista, but a much smaller help, in proportion, to let it hope to match XP ~1billion user base.
