It really doesn't matter which one you buy since they share so many games. Either way you're going to miss out on great games and that's all there is to it.
I guess you have to ask yourself:
- What exclusives do you care about?
- Would you rather have the better Live and pay for it or have the PSN that is still good and free.
- Do you care about achievements or trophies?
- Do you want to use your game console for something other than games?
- Large or small budget?
