Bullshit. It took them not even 4 years to make KZ2 and that included making the game engine. Now if KZ3 uses and improves on that same engine then it will look better and take maybe 2.5 years to make.

 

 

Not only that. The unreal engine has been in development since like.. around the mid 90s
