Microsoft will announce some third party timed exclusive titles and some formerly PS3 exclusive going multiplatform.
Sony will announce some new first/second party exclusives, show off the games they have, and say we have to keep waiting.
Nintendo....... I don't know.... Talk about puppies?

In all seriousness, I'm eager to see what new things will be announced at E3.
