Did anyone expect H3 to be a graphics fest though? From the Beta impressions, everyone knew the graphics weren't going to be spectacular.

But to be fair, it was intentional - they kept the coding focused on optimizing net code, making it run smooth with 8 players online, and 4 players online in SP mode. I'd rather have a game that wasn't GOW-type graphics if it had no lag, and was perfect in every other way.

Honestly I was expecting better from Bungie. Bungie is usually right at Square, Polyphony, Epic, and Kojami's level when it comes to making insanely nice graphics and great gameplay.

The graphics in Halo 3 are still fantastic, specially in regular compaign, which are better then the beta. You have to remember, they are making this into a huge war, and if they went graphics king, it would slow the frames and all that stuff. Im very happy they didnt go graphics king so it would be smooth, still look great, and feel like a real battle with tons of guys killing each other on each side

With regard to Call of Duty 4 having an ultra short single player campaign, I guess it may well have been due to the size limitations of DVD on the XBox 360, one of various limitations multi-platform game designers will have to take into consideration-Mike B

Game trailers-Halo 3 only dissapointed the people who wanted to be dissapointed.

Bet with Harvey Birdman that Lost Odyssey will sell more then Blue dragon did.
