He's paid his dues to society, I suppose. If the NFL is willing to take him back in, then I don't see any reason for him to not play.
Whoever signs him will have a potential PR nightmare if they don't handle it right.
For Vick's sake, he better write a huge check to the SPCA and make lots of public service announcements or something so he'll look better.
