If the 360s d-pad is anything like the original XBox one, then it is horrid... the PS3 one is useable... are probably pretty good for fighting games I suppose with the seperated bits (although do fighting games use diagonal a lot?)
I wish all d-pads were like the one on the N64. (the shape of the button, not the position of it)
