I regret not realizing how much extra money I would have to pump into the 360 to make it truly shine. I didn't buy it at launch because my friend's 360 literally caught on fire (sparked and smoked).
When I did buy the 360, I didn't realize that I would have to buy that wifi adapter, a better hard drive, and pay for Live. That in itself was about 150 dollars I didn't expect to pay. Luckily gamefly saves me a whole bunch when playing games.
