Ya Goku! IMO Goku's like the strongest fictional character ever created.  Who can stop Goku? Wizard magazine even thinks that compared to all the comic book characters.

I beleive it was twice,  and I am sure both times were self sacrifice.

So with that said ,  I am going to have to say SSJ3 Goku.   Sorry Kratos,  you're cool and all but not SSJ3 Goku cool
