Will Onlive get sued by Microsoft? (Onlive controller vs 360 controller)

@Megadude: I suppose you have point with showing a radically different controller than the other two, but I'm not really getting it :P

The only similarity I see between that controller and the other two is the disposition of the four buttons. The rest isn't even close.
