This is impossible to prove, though.
Since the two consoles are too different to be ranked in a theoretical way, at any given moment, the only hard evidence we have on the issue is the quaility of existing games.
Leaving the silly headline aside, anyway, the weirdest answer was the one about OnLive. The developer mixed up digital distribution and streaming and didn't voice the obvious doubts any programmer has about the enterprise - in particular the viability of real-time high quality video compression and the unavoidable network lag. My conclusion is that he didn't really know what the OnLive guys promised.
