That's about it except you actually have to build a list of games you want on their site and they will ship you the first available on the list ( which is why i said if you put Re5 on the top don't expect to get it the week of the release because everyone wants it...).
They give you stock on games so you can actually have a good idea of what they will send you next and even play with your list depending on what is well stocked and what isn't....
I use it to rent games I woudn't purchase and so far I have always gotten games in the top 4 spots of my list( my list only has 5-6 games though ) ( but I don't rent stuff like Re5, LBP, Prince of Persia, KZ2..)
Do not put on your list games you don't care about, I did once and they were out of the first 3 games and sent me a game I kinda didn't care about lol...
I'm pretty sure that if you put an old game noone wants they will cheat and send it to you even if stuff with higher priority is available though :P( not your first 2 games though, they hook you by making sure to send you the 2 games on top the first time lol).
