First its co-op. Have you ever played a Xbox Live enabled game before? I think not. Playing co-op is awesome with friends and then you can amp up the diffculty to increase the fun even more. And a who said it was 3 hours. Did Bungie say that or is that mrstickball opinion. Cause first its going to take me quite some time. And why are you judging a game that hasn't even came out. If you experience the the game and played through it. You probably wouldn't have a problem. Just tell me why bash a game and say its boring because of an estimated 3 hours?!? |
Nice assumption there. Yes, I played Halo 2 a lot online back when my Xbox was in use. I have also played many other online shooters on the PC, which is a much much much better experience. If you would read the whole topic you would see that someone was told by a friend who bought the game that it was 3-4 hours. Of course, that could be incorrect, but it's as good a basis as any right now.
I didn't judge anything on the game. Stop putting words into my mouth. I said 3 hours is innexcusably short. Where did I call it boring??? Why are you getting so defensive? 3 hours is very very short. Hopefully Halo 3 isn't that short, but if it is, I would call that an issue of value.
I personally don't enjoy playing Xbox Live games, or at least I didn't back on the original Xbox. The userbase is unbelievably immature (many of them are kids who haven't hit puberty), and the insults over voice chat are unbearable. I don't know if it's any different on the 360, but when I get mine you can bet I'm not going to be paying for a Gold account if it isn't. There are plenty of reasons I want an Xbox, but if Halo 3 turns out to be a 3 hour single player campaign, then I'll pass, since the single player would be the only reason I would be buying it.
Edit: My god people Halo is just a game. It's subject to flaws just like any other game. You people act like this is the second comming of Jesus and claiming it may have any issue whatsoever is heresy.
