So TOV Jumped Ship to PS3.....is it safe to assume a PS3 SO4 Port is NEXT?!

What would a TOV port have to do with a SO4 port?

TOV on PS3 jumping ship does not mean anything, the next tri-ACE game being multi-plat is a whole other story. Also interesting that on the teaser website SE is not mentioned anywhere, I think SE told them to fuck off lol.
