If I remember correctly...alot of of the physical changes caused by pregnancy instinctually makes the women more attractive to males.
Skin gets clearer, breasts get larger, increased blood flow to areas like the lips make them fuller and redder, the list goes on.
One theory behind it is that it keeps the mate (father) romantically interested in the female throughout the pregnancy.
Anyway, my feelings is that a prgnant women can be very attractive. I definately wouldnt kick my wife out of bed if she was pregnant.
