KZ2 and Uncharted both use as close to 100% as possible. (prob 98%). Every game does. It's just that developers get much better at optimizing their code. So they can get more from the system. I believe it was Naughty Dog who said "any developer guaging how much they used a system by %, is talking rubbish. We always use 100%."
Please do some research people. :)
PS3 will do better graphics than FF13, dont you worry.
