Sony is overoptimistic. $99 PS2 has a chance (not a certainty, let's make this clear) to harm XB360 Arcade, but Wii is another thing, it has shown enough it doesn't suffer anything the competition tried against it: computing power, resolution, downloadable contents, high capacity media, price. Yes, not even price, MS tried, it worked only against PS3, Wii remained unscathed. The reason is simple, if you want a Wii there's no competitor that can give you something similar.
