It's interesting that they priced the PS2 down in that just selling the console doesn't drive much revenue for them. You need to sell games - and who is buying NEW PS2 games in large numbers? There's 2000 different titles on the used shelf to pick from at dirt-cheap prices. Seems odd to me.
Are they going to sell enough additional consoles and new games to make up for the $30x60k or $1.8 million they are giving up each week? Just seems odd to me.
