To MS the Wii isn't competing. They are going after a different market. That is why it sees growth. MS is just going after last gen's market. They see that market cap for 360 + PS3 sales to be the size of XBOX + PS2 + GC sales.
Wii can sell 500,000 units and it doesn't matter as they are not in competition with it. ;)
