Thanks for the responses everybody. I just finished the main quest(and got the achievements for all 3 choices! ;-p ) though luckily I had the Knothole DLC, so I could stick with my first choice!
Still have a lot more to do in the game though! 
BTW is there any way to check how much you've played the game? Like a time counter or something. I'm just curious as to how much I've played (probably 30-40hrs I'd guess)
