Final Fantasy XIII aparently to use 100% of PS3's power

I will write you a code that would use 100% of the PS3's processing power

x = x + 1
}

It is stupid. If it currently uses 100% power, then they go through their code and find 100s of ways to make it more efficient. Then it only uses 90%.
