Final Fantasy XIII aparently to use 100% of PS3's power

Not that using "100% of a systems power" is a somewhat meaningless statement.

Since it's easy to use all of a systems power. The question is... how efficently are you using it.

It's not even really optimization since each game is optimized differently.

Ah buzz words though.
