"Brett: The Game" is an in-joke on VGChartz, named after the owner of the site. The horse on the beach isn't even a rendering, it's just a photograph.

I examined the first two pics and then looked at the link for the Crysis beach.  After that I assumed the last pic was a high end 3D model as well and didn't give it more than a passing glance.  With the title, it pointed to a fanboy's dream of "the secret gaming power of PCs".

I did a quick Google search for "Brett" but didn't find anything.  Though, that wouldn't be the first time a search came back negative for a game being created.  There was not feasible way for me to know "Brett: The Game" was a joke.  Thanks for making me aware.
