Of course MGS4 isn't doable on the 360 nor MGS5. With the amount of videos in those games, it's impossible to fit in one dual layer dvd, hence the advantage of having a bd disc. It offers developers more space to put extras and videos.
360 does have game that PS3 doesn't from Konami, and it's the DDR series.
