No....I'm not quite sure what your looking at, but the game only has 9 reviews on Game Rankings, and only 8 are being used in the actual score because ONM is still a fairly new magazine. The other articles are previews.
And if you actually read the reviews your using in this topic, for Rush and Rush Adventure, you'll see they say things like "best Sonic game since the Genesis days" and "better then the 3D ones". I haven't read a critical review yet saying the Dreamcast titles are better.
This may be your opinion, but it is not an opinion held by critics or anyone outside of the Sonic fan community. Secret Rings was considered the best 3d Sonic yet by critics, and it scored a 70%. I doubt the Adventure titles would score any better if released today.
