Money being profit - not revenue.

Even with the redesigned PSP, I can't imagine Sony is making much money off each unit (if any at all). Maybe the equiv of 1 - maybe 2 titles.

Software is the way to make profit - hardware is the way to have lots of revenue (at a much lower margin).

 

 


 Sony mad profit of the 'normal' PSP, and the Slim PSP has cheaper hardware. The PSP is a profitable system for Sony, but yeah, unless software sales magically rise, it won't be something that makes billions for Sony.
