The government has so many bodies on place that it could not ever spin into such an uncomfortable state that a massive armed uprising could occur. In all honesty, I rather believe that when such a thing occurs half the people will side with the government immidiatly negating any advtage a lone gunmen in a cabin in northern Missouri might have.
