I'm kinda surprised that no one has even given Doom a honourable mention yet. And good call by Kitchensink on Wii Sports. It probably leaves a bad taste in a lot of hardcore's mouths to even mention Wii Sports along side Super Mario Bros or Pac-man, but it's hard to argue the impact it's having this gen.
