I don't know.
Microsoft is 'breaking the bank (literally, lol)' at E3, and Kojima is announcing his next game there.
So I'll wait and see.
Microsoft would have to pay Kojima/Konami a major penny for that to happen, given how much bank MGS4 made Konami, Sony might have more leverage when it comes to the game.
