I'd take the power to abort fetuses with my mind. I'd emblazon a costume and cape with a coathanger logo and solve the world's overpopulation problem (and by extension the resource, pollution and starvation problems). I'd be fondly remembered as the greatest hero who ever lived.

Seriously though, I'd take invincibility so I could cause nuclear meltdownds and other large-scale disasters without being harmed myself.
