1. One thing I will always think is stupid and greedy of Microsoft is that you have to pay for Live for each profile on the same system. I'm not big on the idea of having to pay for online at all but I can live with it. However, if you have multiple people playing on the same console and all wanting to play online, I think it's dumb each player would need to pay for Live on their profile.
2. Their customer service is a joke. While I enjoy my new Xbox 360, I'd have serious thoughts about not buying their next console in the future. I also won't buy any games for full price either as well.
3. I think it's outrageous that their wireless adapter is so expensive. Although this doesn't affect me though since I just use the ethernet cable and don't know why anyone else wouldn't as long as they could do it. To me, it's stupid not to unless you couldn't for some reason.
4. Too many FPS games. Other than Halo, Call Of Duty, a couple others, they're all a dime a dozen.
And....that's it, I think. I've had the system for a few months and I've been pretty happy with it. I've liked the few games I've bought so far a lot. The graphics still impress me (Madden, Resident Evil 5, etc) and I really like gamer points and seeing what you're friends are up to and what they've done along with the fact how easy it is to connect with people and find your friends. Hopefully Nintendo learns from this with their next system and implements something similar.
