no it's not true at all but it's funny.X360 is a very good console as well .

 

No no no! 360 is no more than Xbox 1 CPU with updated bargin big GPU,While the sexy beast PS3 has the Cell (They call it cell because in the games you can see the CELLS of the character :O....That good of processing)processor  and the REALITY SYNTHESIZER!! Pump out quality games,that 360 fanboys want!
