So the question isn't whether the game should be banned, if people are reading laws right, this game already is banned.

I'm quite sure that's not the case in general. If that was true then De Sade's books could not be published, and they are.

Actually I think that Juliet and Romeo were underage too...

 

Visible portrayal, then. Romeo and Juliet don't get naked for all to see, and neither are they generally played by Actors/Actresses of the actual age of the characters (lest it be a high school play)
